Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all support requests are handled efficiently and effectively, contributing to a positive user experience.
On a daily basis, you will respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure that all calls are assigned to the right resolver groups within specified timeframes. This role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to think critically under pressure.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys helping others and has a knack for solving problems. You should have at least 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role, with a solid understanding of technical troubleshooting.
