As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining this ecosystem by providing on-site technical support and managing desktop-related service requests at our Kosmosdal office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues on Windows 11 and Mac OS, ensuring that all devices and software are functioning optimally for our users.

Required qualifications include ITIL v4 Foundation Certification and CompTIA A+. Familiarity with Mac OS support and experience with ITSM platforms like Jira Service Management will be advantageous.
