The company is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to work closely with a large mining group in Gauteng. This role is strategic and involves designing application and cloud architecture that meets the client's needs while leveraging the latest AI technologies to deliver measurable business value.
In this position, you will lead solution design activities, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures. You will be responsible for deploying DVT's Cloud Contour framework, an AI-powered advisory platform that optimizes costs and provides insights into cloud health. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial, as you will need to present executive-ready recommendations and roadmaps.
The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture or related fields, with a strong focus on application integration and cloud-native design. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. A solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms will also be beneficial, as you will be designing AI solutions tailored to the client's needs.
