Complete IT Business Solutions is a Managed IT Service Provider based in Sunningdale, dedicated to delivering exceptional IT support to business clients. The team is looking for an Intermediate/Senior IT Support Technician who can handle both remote and on-site support, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service across various IT environments.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a range of technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems. You will support Microsoft 365 environments, assist with user onboarding and offboarding, and manage Active Directory and network configurations. Your day-to-day tasks will also include maintaining documentation, monitoring system health, and responding to security alerts.
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, along with experience in Microsoft 365 administration, is essential. You should be comfortable working under pressure and possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
