Surtech is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst at Surtech, you will play a crucial role in implementing the Diligent GRC and ACL platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders, including those in risk, compliance, and audit. You will ensure that these requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications for the technical teams, facilitating a smooth implementation process.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve engaging with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement. You will develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and coordinate testing activities to validate that the implemented solutions meet the documented requirements. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and process maps, to support the project lifecycle.
This role is best suited for someone with at least five years of experience in business analysis within governance, risk, compliance, or audit fields. A strong understanding of these areas, along with excellent documentation and communication skills, is essential. You should be comfortable working independently and managing your tasks effectively, especially in a fast-paced environment.
