As a Supplier Development Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of supporting local entrepreneurs and suppliers. Your role will involve collaborating with procurement teams to implement development plans effectively.
In this role, you will work closely with the Mine's Procurement Sourcing and Supplier Development teams to help execute the Supplier Development (SD) plan. Your main responsibility will be to support and develop identified qualifying SD beneficiaries, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to thrive.
Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing supplier capabilities, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating training or resources that can help these suppliers grow. You'll also be involved in monitoring the progress of these beneficiaries and reporting back on their development.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about entrepreneurship and supplier development. You should be comfortable working in a team and have strong analytical and communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
