The Foschini Group is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Business Process & Analytics team within the Non-Merchandise Procurement function. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and analyzing data to support the procurement of goods and services. Your insights will be crucial for the Strategic Sourcing team and will help drive decision-making processes within the organization.
Your daily tasks will include articulating business needs and analyzing spend data to identify potential savings and benefits related to risk reduction and sustainability. You will also assist the Business Process & Analytics Manager with reporting and process coordination, ensuring that team priorities are met effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and has strong communication skills. You should be comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders and supporting ad hoc tasks that align with team and business priorities. A background in procurement or strategic sourcing would be beneficial, but is not mandatory.
