Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting Windows systems, setting up and maintaining desktops and laptops, and handling basic networking tasks like router setup and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. When not on callouts, you will assist with workshop repairs, which may involve hardware diagnostics and data recovery.
This position is ideal for someone with at least three years of hands-on IT support experience who enjoys working independently and has strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication is essential, as you will be interacting directly with clients. A valid South African driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for this role, as you will be traveling to various client locations.
