PSG Insure is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Centurion. In this role, you will gather business requirements and build user stories to enhance their insurance products. You will be responsible for the entire product development cycle, which includes maintaining existing products and designing new ones. Your work will directly impact customer experience through automated communication and system upgrades.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including insurers and service providers, to ensure smooth implementation of system changes. You will also support the training department by developing training materials and assisting with technical inquiries from advisers. Managing the BA team and reporting to the Head of Department will also be part of your role.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in short-term insurance, with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. A qualification in business analysis and an understanding of policy administration systems are essential. Proficiency in SQL and Java is required, along with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
