In this role, you will manage various projects, including migrations, upgrades, and deployments of network devices and cloud services. You will also be responsible for attending client meetings to discuss project plans and outcomes. As the final escalation point for technical issues, you will need to maintain clear communication with both clients and team members to ensure successful project completion and resolution of escalated cases.
Key responsibilities include: • Leading internal and client projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes. • Providing expert support for complex network, hardware, and software challenges. • Conducting audits of client environments to identify security vulnerabilities. • Documenting procedures and configurations for internal training and reference.
Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in IT support, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
