This role involves installing and configuring POS systems at client sites, providing technical support, and training clients on the systems. In this position, you will be responsible for: • Installing and configuring POS hardware and software at client locations • Managing go-lives and providing after-hours support • Offering technical support during business hours and escalating issues as needed • Training client staff to ensure they are confident in using the systems • Collaborating with the regional technical team to ensure smooth operations
