Cross Technology MS Engineer (L2)

At NTT DATA, the Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) plays a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of clients' IT infrastructures. This position involves monitoring and resolving technical incidents across multiple technology domains, including Cloud, Security, and Networking. The engineer will work closely with clients to ensure that their requests are handled efficiently and within service level agreements (SLAs). Daily responsibilities include monitoring work queues, resolving incidents, and updating tickets with detailed information about the resolutions.
