Implementation Specialist

Flash is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage the onboarding of new products and services. In this role, you will be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all aspects of the onboarding process run smoothly. You will communicate clearly with clients about timelines and expectations, and you will provide training to Key Account Managers and Sales teams on new offerings. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating internal communications regarding partner-related issues, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and managing business-as-usual enhancements related to client integrations. You will also facilitate scoping sessions with internal teams and product managers, ensuring that all requirements are met for onboarding initiatives. Additionally, you will conduct end-to-end testing of API product offerings and maintain documentation related to onboarding processes.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer support and project management, particularly in environments involving APIs. You should have a keen interest in technical systems and a willingness to learn. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations are essential.
