Uptime Global is looking for a skilled Tier 3 Engineer to join their managed services team. This role is a blend of project management and high-level support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges while leading infrastructure and cloud projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer success by designing and implementing solutions in cloud environments and managing escalated support cases.
In your day-to-day work, you will lead various projects, including migrations and upgrades of network devices and systems. You'll also participate in client meetings to ensure projects are on track and meet client expectations. As the go-to expert for the technical team, you will resolve complex issues and help mentor junior engineers, contributing to their growth and the overall success of the team.
