Lesaka Technologies is expanding its Installation & Support team in Kimberley, Northern Cape, and is seeking a dedicated Installation & Support Technician. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality installations of POS systems in the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software at client sites, managing go-lives, and providing ongoing technical support. Your ability to solve problems in real-time will be essential as you work directly with clients to ensure their systems are operational and effective.
In your day-to-day work, you will handle various tasks including executing POS setups, training client staff, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will also provide after-hours support as needed, which is a key part of the role. Collaboration with the regional technical team is important, as you will take ownership of specific installation sections and support your colleagues during critical operational periods.
