Cross Technology MS Engineer (L2)

At NTT DATA, the Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is essential in maintaining the operational integrity of clients' IT infrastructures. This role involves proactive monitoring and resolving technical incidents to ensure that services remain uninterrupted. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will handle second-line support for various technology domains, including Cloud, Security, and Networking. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing incident tickets, communicating with clients, and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues efficiently.

In this role, you will be expected to monitor work queues and perform operational tasks to resolve incidents and requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). You will also need to document all actions taken and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Identifying and analyzing issues before they escalate is crucial, as is providing assistance to junior engineers when necessary. You will play a key role in change management by logging change requests and ensuring all changes are approved and documented properly.
