As a Technical Support Engineer at Ozow, your primary responsibility will be to assist external developers in integrating their systems with Ozow's platform. You will handle technical support queries, ensuring that customers receive high-quality service. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, and providing step-by-step assistance, both verbally and in writing. You will also need to be familiar with the company's policies and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain a consistent standard of support.
