The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Honours in a quantitative field and at least 3-5 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics. Experience in the Short-Term Insurance or Financial Services industry is a plus. You should be comfortable with statistical analysis and have a knack for translating complex data into actionable strategies.
