As a Digital Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in streamlining data acquisition and enhancing ecommerce insights through advanced tagging and reporting frameworks. Your work will directly impact how the company understands and engages with its vast customer base.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital tracking systems, primarily using Google Tag Manager and AppsFlyer. You will ensure accurate data capture across all digital touchpoints, conduct audits, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve any tracking issues. Your expertise in data attribution will help measure the business impact of various marketing efforts.
You will also develop comprehensive ecommerce reporting frameworks that track customer journeys from acquisition to retention. This includes designing automated dashboards for real-time media performance visibility and conducting ad-hoc analyses to support the Group Digital Media team. Your ability to utilize AI tools will enhance data processing and visualization, making insights more accessible and actionable.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in data analysis, particularly in the digital ecosystem. You should have at least five years of experience managing complex datasets and a solid understanding of the Google Marketing Platform.
