You will lead product design initiatives across mobile and web platforms \- crafting human\-centred, commercially effective solutions from discovery through to execution. In addition to driving end\-to\-end feature design, you will contribute to the development and evolution of our design system, helping ensure consistency, accessibility, and cross\-platform usability. You’ll work closely with cross\-functional teams \- product, tech, data, and research \- and be comfortable influencing at both team and senior stakeholder level.
