FusionTek is looking for a Systems Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with other IT professionals to maintain and improve the company's technology infrastructure.
Your daily tasks will include responding to support requests, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions. You will also assist in the setup and configuration of new systems, as well as provide training and support to end-users. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of IT systems.
To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+. While the MD-102 certification is preferred, FusionTek is willing to support you in obtaining it after you are hired.
