In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, ensuring they have the tools and assistance they need to perform their jobs effectively. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to support requests, and maintaining IT equipment.
You will work closely with users to understand their problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
