In this role, you will be a key player in the SureAdhere Customer Success team, ensuring that software implementations are successful and provide long-term value to clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing project plans, coordinating timelines, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time. You will also work closely with the development team to test and optimize features, making sure that the technology aligns with client needs.
You will be responsible for managing mid-sized workstreams and SaaS client accounts, which involves proactive risk management and issue mitigation. This means identifying potential roadblocks early on and developing strategies to keep projects on track. Additionally, you will support public health clients throughout their lifecycle, helping them transition smoothly from sales to active platform use.
The role requires a strong interest in data and clinical trial operations, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will also assist the Partnerships team with client inquiries and support the onboarding process for new public health partners. Regular check-ins with clients will be essential to track usage metrics and identify opportunities for program expansion.
This position is fully remote but requires at least three hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time, which may involve early or late calls. You should be prepared for occasional travel, up to 20%, for client visits and team sessions.
