As an Infrastructure Engineer (SRE) at Travelopia, you will be part of a dedicated Technology team that focuses on enhancing the reliability and performance of our platforms and services. Your role will involve working with various teams across cloud, infrastructure, and applications to ensure that our services are stable and efficient. You will utilize observability, automation, and engineering best practices to minimize operational risks and streamline processes.
Your daily responsibilities will include improving service reliability through monitoring and automation, defining service health metrics, and supporting incident management. You will also be tasked with building observability across various systems and automating operational tasks to reduce manual work. Collaboration with DevOps, security, and application teams will be essential to enhance deployment quality and operational readiness.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and experience with monitoring tools like Grafana or Datadog.
