As an IT Support Engineer at a growing IT services provider, you'll play a crucial role in supporting business clients. Your main responsibilities will include providing remote and onsite IT support, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and maintaining servers and network infrastructure. You'll also assist with cloud projects and proactively monitor client systems to ensure everything runs smoothly.
In this role, you will be expected to troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Your experience with an outsourced IT or Managed Service Provider (MSP) will be beneficial, as you'll be working in a fast-paced environment where quick problem-solving is key.
