As a Business Analyst at A1L Digital, you will play a crucial role in the success of telecom BSS/OSS projects. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders. This involves conducting workshops and interviews to ensure that all necessary information is captured accurately.
You will also translate these business requirements into clear functional specifications that the delivery team can work with. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders will be essential in ensuring that everyone is aligned and that the project runs smoothly.
In addition to gathering requirements, you will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and coordinate the sign-off process with business stakeholders. This means you will need to be detail-oriented and proactive in managing timelines and expectations.
