As a Senior Cloud & AWS Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting AWS environments for various clients. Your work will involve both operational support and infrastructure automation, ensuring that client systems run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will act as the first responder for incidents in the AWS environment, diagnosing and resolving issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). You will manage alerts from various AWS services, participate in on-call rotations, and lead incident response efforts. Additionally, you will maintain operational ticket queues and create documentation to standardize processes and improve response times.
Your responsibilities will also include designing and implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform. You will collaborate with software teams to deploy backend services and containerized applications, ensuring that deployment strategies are safe and efficient.
