As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to consolidate and manage quality assurance reports and documentation. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and assist in the development of the Quality Management System.
Your day-to-day tasks will include inspecting compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) at cash centres, facilitating quality assurance training, and compiling reports for senior management. You will also be involved in the review of workflow processes and SOPs, ensuring that all quality documents are maintained according to ISO requirements. Additionally, you will support project management by monitoring trends and consolidating data related to quality assurance.
