Senior Data Scientist

In this position, you will take ownership of the entire data science pipeline. This includes everything from data ingestion and transformation to model development and deployment. You will apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, derive actionable insights, and ensure that models are integrated seamlessly into business processes. Continuous monitoring and refinement of model performance will also be part of your responsibilities to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with various teams, including Credit, Risk, and Technology, to identify opportunities for data science applications that address real business challenges. Your ability to translate complex analytics into clear recommendations will be essential in driving data-led decision-making. Additionally, you will design and interpret A/B tests to evaluate credit strategies and present your findings through compelling visualizations.
