Juru Holdings is looking for a Feature Analyst to join their team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative environment that follows the 3 Amigos approach, working closely with developers and testers to prepare for feature refinement. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that software features are well-defined and meet the needs of the users.
You will engage in continuous improvement practices, embracing change and adapting to new methodologies. Your day-to-day tasks will involve using various tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, MS Visio, Excel, and Power BI to document requirements, create visual models, and analyze data. You will also be expected to apply Agile modelling techniques to enhance the development process.
