They are currently seeking experienced Desktop Support Engineers to provide essential technical support to end-users. This role is crucial in ensuring that users have a seamless experience with their desktop and laptop systems.
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering first and second-line support to users. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with system setups, and resolving technical problems efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years of dedicated Desktop Support experience, particularly in a high-volume environment such as BPO or Managed Services.
