Lesaka Technologies is looking for an Installation & Support Technician to enhance their Merchant Division in the hospitality sector. This role is based in Kimberley, Northern Cape, and involves working closely with clients to ensure their technology systems are running smoothly. You will be responsible for installing hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
In your day-to-day work, you will: • Install and configure hardware and software for hospitality clients. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on using their systems effectively. • Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and client experience.
