In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing voice infrastructure solutions tailored for enterprise clients. Your work will focus on ensuring that the voice systems are efficient, reliable, and meet the specific needs of the clients. You will not be in a support desk position; instead, you will take ownership of the projects from start to finish.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Managing VoIP systems and ensuring optimal performance • Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements • Implementing and configuring Linux/Unix systems to support voice solutions • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise in the voice infrastructure
