In this role, you'll be part of the Group IT team, focusing on both software development and cyber security. Your main responsibility will be to design and implement AI-driven software solutions that enhance business productivity while ensuring the security of systems and data. You'll actively manage the organization's cyber security posture, reducing risk exposure and responding to evolving threats.
Your day-to-day tasks will include operating various security tools such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, and MFA. You'll also conduct phishing simulations and lead security awareness programs to educate users about best practices. Maintaining security policies and delivering training campaigns will be crucial to fostering a culture of security within the organization.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in both software development and cyber security, particularly with at least three years of hands-on experience. A relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cyber Security is preferred. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and be proactive in identifying and mitigating security risks.
