People Dimension is looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join their team in Tyger Valley, Cape Town. In this role, you will design, build, and deliver features for their SaaS platform, taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will work closely with other developers to ensure that the software is secure, reliable, and maintainable.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include applying software engineering standards and best practices, improving continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, and enhancing cloud infrastructure. You will also be responsible for debugging complex production issues and implementing long-term fixes to ensure the stability of the software.
This position is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of professional software development experience who thrives in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will also be considered. You should be comfortable taking ownership of features and systems, and be proactive in improving operational practices.
