**Role Overview** As a QC Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that products consistently meet design requirements. You will verify and inspect products against predefined specifications and criteria, ensuring high standards of quality throughout the production process. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct In\-Process and Final Product Inspections * Perform Dimensional and Functional Testing * Identify, Document and Report Non\-Conformances * Approve or Reject Incoming Materials * Maintain Accurate Quality Records and Inspection Reports * Safety and Housekeeping * Support Continuous Improvement Activities * Ensure Compliance with Quality Management System Requirements **Desired Skills and Requirements** **Qualifications \& Experience** * Grade 12 (required) * Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ work experience as QA engineer in electronic manufacturing. * Production experience in high volume electronic manufacturing will be advantageous. * Auditing experience both internal and external. * IPC 600/610/620 will be advantageous. **Technical Skills** * Basic knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards ISO 9001\. * Ability to read and interpret part drawings and written specifications is required. * Knowledge and understanding of tolerances. * Excellent computer literacy (MS Office) * Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics **Personal Attributes** * Ability to handle pressure and function in a highly productive work environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload. * Self\-motivated with a willingness to accept responsibility and challenges. * Time management skills * Proactive, organized, able to multitask and work well under pressure.
