Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator **Location:** Pinetown, KwaZulu\-Natal We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, payroll processing, debtors management, HR administration, and general office administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to work accurately in a fast\-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities * Payroll processing and administration * Debtors account management and collections * Basic bookkeeping and account reconciliations * HR administration and employee record keeping * Leave and attendance administration * General office administration and reporting * Assisting management with administrative tasks Requirements * Minimum 3 years' experience in bookkeeping and payroll * Strong administrative and organisational skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Computer literate, with good Excel skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Reliable transport to Pinetown Advantageous * Experience in a retail environment * Experience with Sage Payroll, Sage Pastel, Xero, or similar accounting systems * Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification What We Offer * Permanent position * Stable and growing retail business * Supportive working environment * Opportunity for growth and development Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
