Job Title: CRM \& Data Analyst Location: Cape Town \- Sea Point Salary: R20,000 per month Working Hours: Rotational shifts, including two weekends per month Job Summary \- We are seeking an experienced, detail\-oriented, and analytical CRM \& Data Analyst to join our fast\-paced Financial Services Call Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, managing CRM data, generating daily operational reports, supporting lead management activities, and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. This role requires strong administrative, reporting, and data management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities \- * Capture, update, and maintain customer information within the CRM system.Ensure all client records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements. * Process, verify, and update customer applications and supporting documentation. * Conduct data cleansing, auditing, and quality assurance checks to maintain database integrity. * Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports to management. * Monitor lead volumes, campaign performance, agent productivity, and conversion metrics, highlighting trends and discrepancies. * Maintain reporting trackers and ensure accurate record\-keeping of all CRM and data\-related activities. * Manage lead allocation and customer database segmentation.Identify, investigate, and correct discrepancies within customer records and reporting data. * Support call centre agents and management with customer information and data\-related queries. * Assist with data extraction, reporting requests, and operational analysis. * Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times. * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity, quality, and reporting targets Minimum Requirements \- * Matric (Grade 12\) is essential. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRM, Data Administration, Data Capturing, Reporting. Previous experience within a Financial Services, Insurance, Lending, Banking, or Contact Centre environment is preferred. * Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Experience working with CRM systems and databases. * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and within a team environment. * Ability to work rotational shifts and two weekends per month.
