The position is remote, allowing for flexibility while requiring availability during US EST business hours for interviews.
In this role, you will be responsible for: • Attending various types of interviews, including introductory, technical, and behavioral. • Answering technical questions based on the engineer's experience and projects. • Recording interviews for internal review and feedback. • Collaborating closely with the team for approximately 2 to 3 years.
To succeed, you should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on software development experience and a strong grasp of software engineering principles. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as you will need to represent another engineer effectively. You should be comfortable with live interviews and able to learn quickly about the engineer's background and projects.
