SoluGrowth is looking for a Senior Management Reporting Analyst to join their team in Stellenbosch. This part-time role involves a hybrid work model, requiring three days on-site. You will be responsible for financial reporting and assisting with statutory reporting, ensuring that the data used for strategic decision-making is accurate and trustworthy. Your insights will support senior leadership and the wider business community in making informed decisions.
In this role, you will develop and govern various reporting models, ensuring alignment with business controls and other departments. You will also be involved in the Exceptional Item and Amortisation process, which is crucial for accurate financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include reviewing key metrics for accuracy and completeness, managing the reporting process, and providing ad hoc support for various reports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and data analysis, with at least five years of experience. You should be comfortable working with different stakeholders and have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Familiarity with IFRS and experience in automating reporting processes will be advantageous.
