We're looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for defining, delivering, and optimising products and services that meet customer needs and support business objectives. Working closely with Design, Engineering, and key stakeholders. You will own problem spaces, translate strategy into actionable plans, and ensure value is delivered through well\-prioritised, evidence\-led product decisions. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimisation balancing customer value, commercial outcomes, and technical feasibility. **Responsibilities and Accountabilities:** * Own and manage clearly defined product areas, translating strategy and objectives into well\-scoped initiatives and outcomes. * Collaborate with Experience Designers and Engineers throughout discovery, delivery, and optimisation to ensure solutions solve real customer problems. * Define and prioritise product requirements, balancing customer needs, business value, and delivery constraints. * Use customer insight, market research, and performance data to inform decisions and iterate on solutions. * Manage backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery plans to ensure timely, high\-quality execution. * Engage with stakeholders to share progress, manage expectations, and surface risks or trade\-offs. * Measure outcomes and benefits, using in\-market results to continuously improve product performance. * Contribute positively to team standards, ways of working, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** * Experience managing digital products or services through the full product lifecycle. * Solid understanding of product management principles, including discovery, prioritisation, and delivery. * Ability to analyse data and customer insight to support decision\-making. * Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in cross\-functional teams. * Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain decisions and trade\-offs. * A proactive mindset with curiosity to learn, improve, and grow product craft. \#Interactive Join us to unlock benefits and opportunities that will boost your career journey in a...
