As a Lead Developer at Tracker Network, you will play a crucial role in the Technology Department, leading the development of internal systems and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired functionality and quality standards. You will work closely with other team members and possibly across teams to align delivery with the company's strategic objectives.
In this role, you will define and design the architecture and technical implementation for your area of responsibility. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, sharing knowledge, and ensuring that best practices in software development are followed. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing work orders, maintaining systems, and documenting enhancements to facilitate knowledge sharing.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in a related field. You should be proficient in C# and .NET technologies, as well as have experience with SQL Server and API integrations. Familiarity with cloud technologies and integration platforms like Boomi will be beneficial.
