As an IT Technician at MDI Consulting, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for customer software solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include offering first and second line support both remotely and onsite, ensuring that clients have the assistance they need to resolve their technical issues efficiently. You will also be involved in the development and configuration of software solutions, which requires a strong logical thinking ability and a knack for troubleshooting.
In this role, you will specifically support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additionally, you will implement and maintain IT security policies to protect client data and systems. Experience with Acumatica operational software will be beneficial, as you will provide support for this platform as well.
