In this role, you will be a key player in the SureAdhere Customer Success team, ensuring that software implementations run smoothly for clients in public health and clinical trials. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing project plans, coordinating timelines, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that client programs remain on track.
You will act as the primary project manager for mid-sized workstreams and SaaS client accounts, collaborating closely with the SureAdhere team to support large-scale clinical trials. This includes owning specific deliverables and tasks, as well as managing the onboarding process for new public health partners. Your role will require you to engage with clients regularly, tracking usage metrics and assessing account health to identify opportunities for program expansion.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is agile, curious, and has a strong interest in data and technology. You should be comfortable diving deep into complex data investigations and working alongside development teams to optimize technical features. Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams are essential.
This position is fully remote, but you will need to have at least three hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time. Additionally, some travel may be required for client visits and team sessions, making adaptability and strong communication skills crucial for success.
