Job Description Key Responsibilities: * Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent projects. * Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements. * Produce high\-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specification, User Stories and Process Maps. * Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions. * Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. * Support SDLC phases including design, development, testing and UAT. * Support the UAT process by providing guidance and clarifying requirements ambiguities. * Maintain requirements traceability. * Conduct gap analysis and process improvement activities. Key Deliverables * Business and functional requirements documentation. * Process maps and workflow diagrams. * Stakeholder engagement outputs. * Traceability matrices and UAT support artefacts. Governance, Risk \& Compliance * Ensure all processes align with organisational governance, compliance, and audit standards. * Maintain audit\-ready documentation for process changes and digital initiatives. * Support internal and external audits by providing process evidence, metrics, and controls. * Embed quality, risk management, and controls into process design. Job Requirements Qualifications \& Experience: * **Relevant Degree / Diploma in IT, Business Analysis, Information Systems or related field; or recognised Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI\-PBA or equivalent).** * **Minimum 10 years’ relevant Business Analysis experience** within Software Application Development environments. * Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. Required Skills and Competencies * Strong documentation and requirements specification skills. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving ability. * Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio.
