As an IT Support Engineer at a growing IT services provider, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that clients receive top-notch support for their IT needs. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing both remote and onsite assistance, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and maintaining servers and network infrastructure. You'll also assist with cloud projects and proactively monitor client systems to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
In this role, you'll be expected to troubleshoot a variety of IT problems, ensuring that clients' systems are running smoothly. Your experience with Windows Server environments will be essential, as you'll be responsible for maintaining these systems. Additionally, familiarity with hosting environments like WHM/cPanel will be beneficial, as you may need to support these platforms as well.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of IT support experience, preferably with a background in an outsourced IT or Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
