Revozo IT is looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team. In this role, you will travel between various locations in the Gauteng region, providing essential support to end-users. Your daily tasks will include resolving support requests, performing proactive system checks, and assisting colleagues with technical issues. You'll be working with both Windows and Mac systems, ensuring that all devices are set up, configured, and maintained properly.
Your responsibilities will involve: • Providing desktop and laptop support • Assisting with printer issues and Smartboard setups • Managing Wi-Fi units and LAN/WAN infrastructure • Creating and maintaining IT documentation for future reference • Collaborating with the onsite support team and providing remote assistance when necessary
