We are a Swiss Watchmaking and After\-Sales Service business looking for an administrative assistant/professional secretary for our luxury watch after\-sales service centre. We have a team of watchmakers and professional technical staff, managed by one of the co\-owners of the business, who needs an eager and sharp assistant/secretary with the following qualities: * Matric. * At least 2–5 years’ experience in a high\-volume administrative role. * Experience with quotations, invoicing, statements, job cards, or client records. * Experience on Sage, Pastel, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting/admin software. * Strong Microsoft Office competence, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Strong English Proficiency and professional email etiquette. * Attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple open matters at once. * Reliable daily transport to Somerset West, Western Cape. * Contactable references.
