DLK Group is looking for an End User Support Technician to join their team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide technical support for a variety of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Your main responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring that users can get back to work as quickly as possible. You'll also be expected to maintain effective communication with users and stakeholders throughout the support process.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve diagnosing problems, managing incidents, and providing field support across different locations. You'll need to document and escalate issues as necessary, while adhering to service standards and operational procedures. A strong customer-focused approach is essential, as you'll be working closely with both technical teams and business users.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant IT support experience, along with a National Diploma, Degree, or relevant technical certification such as MCSE. ITIL certification is also preferred. You should be physically fit, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
