Advania is looking for a Support Services Engineer to join their team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide 2nd line support to end users, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. You will also assist other Support Services Engineers and work closely with the Team Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to support requests, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions. You will be expected to communicate effectively with users, ensuring they understand the steps being taken to resolve their issues. Additionally, you may help train new team members and share your expertise with the team.
The ideal candidate for this role has at least two years of experience in a similar position, with strong technical troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
